Last week, The LEGO Group annouced the outcome of the votes for the VIP Exclusive LEGO Minifigures to be released in summer this year with some images as a tease to show what to expect. The ones that came up tops are the Elf, the Gorilla suit guy, the Mummy, the Fisherman, and the Space pirate.
Looking at these minifigs, they were in the Series 3 minifigures collection and I believe the Elf was a hit among LEGO fans. I’m not so sure about the rest but majority of the voters thought otherwise according to the missive from LEGO. The Elf minifig in my opinion is the best omong the lot and I get get enough of that. The rest seem just about average to me but the voters have spoken so we just have to go along with it. Not sure why I feel this way about them. Might it be that I’ve seen the others in other sets and some of them actually look better than these ones? The Mummy minifig does appear in the Pharoah Quest sets and to me they look cuter than this one here.
Anyhow, its LEGO so its all good. Its all I will say for now.
